We have owned our home for almost fifteen years. Several years ago we decided to rent our home during our retirement, giving the occasion of Irina’s first service to us. Irina guided us in the process and helped us obtain excellent tenants: a doctor and his wife. Over the ensuing ten years, while we traveled in our retirement, Irina helped us with all the local matters, renewed leases, obtained new tenants, and resolved property issues. Finally, in 2018 we decided to sell our home and, after all her years of help, Irina was the only agent we were willing to consider. We worked with John Norcross hoping to buy a single family home in Addison, but because of very limited home inventory the process took almost a year to find our perfect home. Keep in mind that we are not 1st time home buyers.
