We worked with John Norcross hoping to buy a single family home in Addison, but because of very limited home inventory the process took almost a year to find our perfect home. Keep in mind that we are not 1st time home buyers.
John was very responsive to our search request, he provided us a weekly report with listings of new homes entering the market. He made the time to work around our busy schedule to view many potential homes in our search area. I can tell you that this ongoing search was a frustrating time for us because we felt our dream home was never going to be in Addison, but all this time John kept his positive attitude and coached us to stay the course.
In the end he found us “the home” that when we went to view it, my wife walked in and said “this is it”. John was able to negotiate a fantastic purchase price (mush less than the asking price, because of a needed update to the bathroom). We could not be happier in our home, we enjoy it every day.
